We recently visited a new park in our area called "The Park Above". It was designed with the intention that "all" children would play in it no matter their abilities.
This park is a gift to the community, and our girls had a blast! They both ran and played and enjoyed a wonderful experience. I'm pretty sure we will be visiting often!
The adventure began with a Happy Meal which is a special treat indeed!
Then it was off to play!

Lindy loves all parks, and so does Joy . . . but sometimes parks can be a reminder of things that she cannot do. However, this park was a reminder of all the things she can do!~
And Lindy is happiest when she is just playing . . . not a care in the world!
Seeing these two run around and enjoy the days of childhood simply warms my heart!
"Bye-bye park, we'll be back soon!"
