Joy goes in for one more surgery tomorrow on her right knee. The biggest blessing was when the doctor announced that this will be an outpatient surgery, which means we don't have to stay overnight at the hospital. Thank you, Lord! This surgery is much more minor than the ones on her hips since it does not involve any bone, just soft tissue. The doctor's goal is to release the tension in her muscles surrounding her knee in order to give the knee flexion. Joy has decided to go "purple" for the final cast. She likes to count the casts . . . pink, pink, green, purple . . . 4 casts "just like Joy". (The green really was a pretty color!)
